What we control
Credible targets on our own infrastructure and programs.

100% renewable · by 2030
All SustainAI GPU and CPU compute — training, inference, and research infrastructure we run — powered by renewable energy.
We distinguish what SustainAI will do directly from what we work toward with partners, industry, and communities worldwide.
Credible targets on our own infrastructure and programs.
100% renewable · by 2030
All SustainAI GPU and CPU compute — training, inference, and research infrastructure we run — powered by renewable energy.
Ambitious outcomes that require partnership — we help close the gap, not do it alone.
Catalyzing +78M net jobs · by 2030
A global aspiration aligned with WEF's scenario (170M created, 92M displaced). We help partners create and fill roles at existing organizations and startups we help launch — we are not hiring 78 million people ourselves.
100% Clean & Restorative AI Energy · by 2060
Work with partners so AI and its infrastructure operate on a clean and restorative energy system — overwhelmingly renewable, supported by nuclear and other low-emissions technologies, with residual fossil use only under near-zero lifecycle emissions. Carbon capture, durable carbon removal, and ecological restoration are mandatory, not optional.
12.0 GtCO₂ annual carbon removal · by 2060
A global aspiration to reach 12.0 GtCO₂ of total annual carbon removal by 2060. Cutting emissions is necessary and not enough — we must also heal the atmosphere we have already damaged.
The rapid rise of AI is creating real fear — fear that millions of good jobs will disappear and communities will be left behind if we do not manage this transition thoughtfully, together.
We believe that future is not inevitable.
SustainAI was founded on a simple but powerful idea: AI should create more jobs than it displaces. When more humans are meaningfully employed, it doesn't just help individuals — it creates stronger businesses, stronger communities, and stronger countries. Everyone wins.

Jobs displaced globally by 2030 from structural shifts including AI
Our jobs goal
+78M net by 2030
WEF projects 170M new roles and 92M displaced globally by 2030 — a +78M net gain only if reskilling, policy, and human-centered adoption keep pace. Without that, current trends could turn net negative. SustainAI exists to help close the gap: our goal is to help humanity land more jobs than displaced, not fewer.
Baseline: WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025
12.4%
Global youth unemployment in 2025 — with ~260M young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET)
These figures describe real pressure — not destiny. The difference between +78M net positive and a net negative outcome is the work we do together. SustainAI exists to help society navigate this transition well — in partnership with frontier AI, educators, employers, and communities — so predictions trend toward more jobs than displaced, not fewer. We are building a green AI ecosystem powered by renewable energy that actively generates meaningful work, supports thriving businesses, and creates a flourishing future where humans and AI work together to solve humanity's greatest challenges.
We envision a world where advanced AI systems — including ethical ESI — are deliberately designed to work in true partnership with humanity.
These AI systems will actively collaborate with people to create more jobs than they displace, accelerate human progress, and empower us to solve our greatest challenges in healthcare, education, clean energy, climate restoration, and scientific discovery.
SustainAI will run on fully renewable compute by 2030. Together with partners, we work toward 100% Clean and Restorative AI Energy by 2060 and 12.0 GtCO₂ of annual global carbon removal — so AI expands opportunity while helping heal the Earth rather than consuming it.
This is the future we are building at SustainAI — one where technology serves as a powerful force multiplier for human dignity, opportunity, and planetary health.
SustainAI is not affiliated with any political party or ideology. We are not Republican or Democrat — we are pro-humanity, pro-Earth, and pro-future.
We believe preserving precious life, consciousness, and a thriving planet is not a left or right issue — it is a human issue. We are willing to work with leaders, organizations, and democracies from across the political spectrum that share our goal of building a better future.
We are also strongly pro-business. We need thriving companies that create meaningful jobs and drive innovation. Our vision is a true win-win: where technology, business, and humanity work together to solve big problems and build a flourishing civilization.
Ethos ESI is a specialized Ethical Specialized Intelligence (ESI) research model within SustainAI's nonprofit mission. It studies sustainable economics framing, renewable energy transition questions, ethical AI governance topics, and meaningful work — alongside (not instead of) frontier systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok.
The model is not a public product or advice service. Access is limited to SustainAI and selected research collaborators. We share transparency materials and, over time, research datasets so others can learn from the work — private control, public transparency.
SustainAI Global brings people and organizations together to prepare workers for the future, build more sustainable technology, and advance ethical AI.
We work with educators, researchers, community organizations, universities, civic leaders, and mission-aligned businesses to develop public-benefit resources and responsible adoption pathways.
