We want to help enable and catalyze +78 million net new jobs globally by 2030 by partnering across the full economy so AI expands opportunity rather than shrinking it. That figure is a global aspiration, not a claim that SustainAI will hire 78 million people.
Our role is to work with governments, businesses, universities, training organizations, entrepreneurs, and employers to build clearer job pathways, stronger skills programs, and ventures that can hire people.

SustainAI commitment: run 100% renewable compute for all our AI by 2030. Global aspirations with partners include 100% Clean and Restorative AI Energy by 2060 and 12.0 GtCO₂ annual global carbon removal.
